It's Christmastime and all the Santa Pups want is to be appointed Santa's Helpers and earn their own magic crystals that grant children's Christmas wishes. So the Pups go secretly to the town of Pineville to prove they are ready, and start granting joyful wishes to the townspeople, using a borrowed crystal. But their adventure goes horribly wrong after accidentally giving a young boy who has lost his Christmas spirit his wish to make Christmas go away.
